How will I know if I currently have access to Blue Ocean Brain?

Blue Ocean Brain is available to employees at subscribed organizations. If you're unsure whether or not you should have access, please contact our Support Team to verify.

Note: If your organization is a Blue Ocean Brain Customer and you do not have an account, please contact us and the Blue Ocean Brain Support Team will respond as soon as we confirm that your organization authorizes access.

Blue Ocean Brain (BOB) may be accessed by signing in on the top right corner of the Blue Ocean Brain homepage. Blue Ocean Brain is also available via mobile app, free to download in the Google Play or Apple App Store. On both the website and mobile app, each Learner will input their company email address and/or username when prompted to log in and access.

If you do not know or remember your password, select the Forgot your Password? link on the password entry page. You will then receive an email to reset your password.

Note: If your organization utilizes Single Sign-On (SSO), you will not receive a password reset email when selecting the Forgot your Password? link. See the article What if my "Forgot Password" email doesn't arrive? for more information.
