INTERNAL - WEBCASTS/CSM - What resources are available to introduce webcasts and webcast topics to a client?
Current webcast catalogs are available for both professional development topics and DEI topics. Outlines for each webcast are also available.
We have an education webcast catalogs fo clients that list the titles with a brief description and are stored in a Hubspot folder. A straightforward search using the word 'catalog' will pull up all the options.
Education Webcast Catalog
The outlines for each webcast are in the HubSpot folder "CSM Webcasts - Professional Development Outlines/Catalog."
In addition to the catalogs, CSM can use a marketing template (through Hubspot) with all the necessary items for your client to prepare and share with their team(s).
The templates are specific to each webcast title, and they contain the following:
1. Webcast pre-work - 1 lesson that level sets the audience for the webcast (You do not need an account to access the lesson.)
2. Webcast Description (in a pdf form)
3. Webcast Outline (in a pdf form)
4. Email Template - the client may use to advertise the webcast within their organization (editable version)
