INTERNAL - Webcasts - How do I send a link to learners to view past webcasts provided to their organization?

Find out if the learner has access to BOB:

• • If they DO: Provide instructions to access the Living Library (simulate the Group and provide the link to the webcast tile being requested):
    • Login to BOB>Admin
    • In "Impersonate Group," type in the Group number and click "Change."
    • Navigate to the Library and click on the desired webcast recording.
    • Copy the URL to send to the learner.
  • If they DON'T: Verify in Webcast Instructions that you can/cannot send them the private Vimeo link to the recording(s).
    *Note: some webcasts DO have the availability to download the webcast. Check this feature before providing the link.

If they DO have access to BOB, respond to the learner via email in Ticket Portal using SNIPPET: #webcast-library-recordings
