INTERNAL - Webcasts - How do I schedule a webcast that will be hosted on the Customer's platform (MS Teams, WebEx, Zoom, etc.) ?
Use the standard process to schedule any webcast, whether it is held on the Blue Ocean Brain platform or the Customer's platform.
- Follow the steps outlined in the article How to I schedule a webcast?
Remember to select Customer's platform when filling out the Asana form for a webcast request!

If the Customer is hosting the webcast on their platform. remind the Customer that they are responsible for sharing a recording of the session with the Content Team.
- Schedule a tech dry run on client's platform with Webcast Support at least 1 week prior to webcast.
