INTERNAL - Webcasts - How do I prepare the Presenter for a LAUNCH webcast?

To prepare the Presenter for a Launch Webcast, schedule the webcast and complete all fields on the Educational & Launch Webcast Presenter Prep document prior to the event.

Complete all fields on the Educational & Launch Webcast Presenter Prep document AT LEAST 3 DAYS prior to the event.  

If the Presenter will meet with the Client prior to the launch, please complete these fields AT LEAST 1 DAY prior to the meeting.

  1. Schedule the launch webcast. (See "How do I schedule a webcast?")
  2. Open the Educational & Launch Webcast Presenter Prep document.
  3. Locate the TEMPLATE tab and create a copy with the Customer's name. To create a copy, right click on the TEMPLATE tab and select Duplicate. Once a copy is created, right click on the Copy tab and select Rename to rename spreadsheet with Customer's name.
    Move spreadsheet into alpha order, using Client's name.
  4. Fill in columns A - M for this webcast.
  5. Fill in columns O - AF for this launch as best you can. Add additional information as you learn about it.

Note: Launch webcast presenters will read through these answers to prepare for any meetings with the Customer and to tailor the launch slide deck.
