INTERNAL - Webcasts - How do I respond to a request for a webcast recording?
A Learner or Learning Leader was or was not able to attend the webcast and has requested follow-up materials.
How long will it take to generate a webcast recording, and where can I find the recording?
Once the webcast is completed, a recording is edited and a link shared with the CSM 1 day post-webcast.
What webcast materials are available to be sent to the requestion Learner?

How do I respond to ticket requests for Webcast Materials?
Find out if the learner currently has access to BOB by navigating to Blue Ocean Brain, selecting Admin, then selecting "[System Admin]". In the menu that appears, select "User Management" and search for their information.
If the Learner DOES have access to BOB:- Simulate their Group, click on the webcast recording banner for their group, and copy the link of the webcast recording article to send to the client.
- Verify if the learner should have access to BOB. If the learner is eligible for BOB access, add the learner to BOB and follow the instructions above.
- If the learner is not eligible for BOB access, send them the private Vimeo link and attach the webcast handout to your message.
