What does "Member not found" mean?

When accessing Blue Ocean Brain through the Blue Ocean Brain website, I see an error stating "Member not found."

You may have received the below error message when attempting to access Blue Ocean Brain:

Member Not Found

To troubleshoot this issue, please consider the following 3 questions:

  1. Has your organization purchased a Blue Ocean Brain subscription? Blue Ocean Brain is available to employees whose organizations have purchased a subscription. If your organization has a current subscription, you may not have been set up with a Blue Ocean Brain account yet. Please contact your manager for access.
  2. Do you have more than one email address? Your account is registered under an email address or username, and the login information you entered may not match what we have in our system. If you know you are in the BOB system (i.e., you currently receive BOB micro-communication emails), please complete the Contact Us form, and our Support Team will help you figure out what your username should be.
  3. Does your organization use single sign-on for Blue Ocean Brain access? If your account is set up to use single sign-on, when you enter your email address/username, you should be directed to your company's single sign-on page. If you are seeing the above screen, the email address/username you entered does not match what we have in our system. Please complete the Contact Us form, and our Support Team will help you figure out what your username should be.

If you answered "Yes" to question 1 and "No" to questions 2 & 3, and you STILL can't access, don't fret! Please complete the Contact Us form, and our Support Team will work with you to resolve your problem.
