If you know your Blue Ocean Brain password, you can change and/or update your password in your account settings.
Note: This article details what to do if you know your current Blue Ocean Brain password and want to change and/or update your current password; if you do not remember your password, please follow the steps provided in this article.
To update and/or change your current Blue Ocean Brain password, log into your Blue Ocean Brain account and select My Profile in the top right toolbar. in the drop-down menu, select Settings.
Underneath the field titled Password, select Change Password. Enter your Current Password, your New Password and then your New Password again to confirm. Select Change Password to save the new password
Important Note: If you do not see the option to update your password, you will need to sign in to Blue Ocean Brain using your company credentials, as your organization is utilizing Single Sign-On (SSO). If you've forgotten your company login credentials, please contact your organization's IT department.
