      How do I customize my email delivery days?

      If allowed by your organization, you may change the frequency and delivery days of Blue Ocean Brain micro-communication email nudges in My Settings.

      To customize micro-communication email delivery settings:

      1. Navigate to the Blue Ocean Brain (BOB) homepage.
      2. Select My Profile > My Settings from the top right menu bar.
      3. Select the preferred days for Email Nudges by checking and unchecking the boxes. 
      4. Select UPDATE PREFERENCES to save changes.

      Note: Email customization is enabled individually for each organization. This option may or may not be available to you, depending on how your organization has decided to use BOB emails.
