Blue Ocean Brain (BOB) points are awarded for completing Articles, Brain Exercises, and "Show What You Know" Questions.
Learners receive Blue Ocean Brain points upon completing the following activities:

| Open the micro-communication email delivered to email inbox | +1 point (only for the first open per BOB email) |
| Read an Article (from the micro-communication email, from the dashboard when logged into BOB, or in the BOB Library) | +2 points per Article read |
| Share a Lesson or Article within the BOB platform. | +1 point per share for up to 3 points per day |
| Answer a "Show What You Know" Question | +2 points for each correct answer |
| Complete a Brain Exercise |
+0-15 points per round played |
Note: Some Brain Exercises can only be played once per day, and the maximum points offered per play varies by activity.
Why do I earn Blue Ocean Brain points?
Points can serve to measure individual progress in the Blue Ocean Brain platform as Learners navigate through Articles, Brain Exercises, and "Show What You Know" Questions. Additionally, if the Leaderboard has been activated for a company, points offer extra incentivization for friendly competition with your fellow Learners.
