From the Reports Dashboard, you can export reports in Excel format.
Note: The features under the Admin menu are enabled individually for Learning Leaders at each organization. If you believe that you should have access to one or more of these features, please contact us and your request will be forwarded to the appropriate person at your organization for approval.
- Access the Reports Dashboard by selecting Admin > Reports.
- Select the blue REPORTS button at the top right of the dashboard, next to the month selector dropdown.
- Select the blue Download button to the left of the report title to download the report in CSV format.
The following report is available for download.
Learner Participation Since Launch
This report shows who has accessed BOB, how many times the Learner has accessed, the first and last time the Learner accessed, and how many BOB points the Learner has earned. It includes every Learner registered in the organization's BOB platform at the time the report was generated. Deactivated Learners are not included.
