The number of used, available, and total Blue Ocean Brain licenses may be viewed by Learner Admins on the Learner Management page.
Note: The features under the Admin menu are enabled individually for Learning Leaders at each organization. If you believe that you should have access to one or more of these features, please contact us and your request will be forwarded to the appropriate person at your organization for approval.
Learner Admins at each organization may access license information by navigating to the Learner Management page by selecting ADMIN > LEARNERS.
- The “Total License Capacity” box on the left represents the total licenses purchased.
- The “Total Registered Learners” box in the center represents the total number of Learners who currently have access to Blue Ocean Brain.
- The “Licenses Remaining” box on the right represents the number of licenses available.
If you need to make adjustments to the number of licenses available to your organization, please contact your Blue Ocean Brain Client Success Manager.
