Blue Ocean Brain (BOB) sends SCORM lessons in a zipped folder that then need to be "unzipped" to get to the individual files.
Your company can purchase Blue Ocean Brain lessons in SCORM format to be uploaded into your organization's LMS.
After you select your SCORM lessons with your Blue Ocean Brain Customer Success Manager, you will receive an email from our content team with the SCORM files you'll upload into your LMS.
How do I access the SCORM files?
SCORM lesson files are "zipped" into a folder, to make them smaller and easier to email. This folder needs to be unzipped, while the lesson folder remains zipped.
- Receive the zipped SCORM folder via email.
- Open the email and double-click on the zipped folder to download the folder to your computer.
- Open File Explorer and find the zipped folder.
- To unzip the folder, right-click on it and select EXTRACT ALL. This opens a dialog box allowing you to determine where to put the unzipped folder.
- Use the dialog box to navigate to and select the desired location.
- Click EXTRACT.
- Open the folder on your computer where you put the unzipped folder. The actual SCORM lesson files will still be zipped within the unzipped folder.
- Upload the zipped SCORM lesson files into the LMS.
How do I access the Helper files?

- Open the email and double-click on the zipped folder to download the folder to your computer.

To change the language of a SCORM file, select the desired language by using the toggle switch at the top of the content. You can also use the toggle at the top of an opened file to change the language for that content.
Troubleshooting
The SCORM file is a zipped file inside another zipped folder. If you're having trouble uploading the folder, make sure the zipped folder containing the SCORM files is removed from the zipped folder downloaded to your computer!
