      How do I unsubscribe from and/or re-subscribe to BOB Emails?

      Subscription to email delivery is usually enabled when a Learner begins their journey with Blue Ocean Brain. However, the subscription may be turned off and on again.

      To unsubscribe from BOB Micro-Communication Emails:

      1. Login to Blue Ocean Brain (How Do I Access Blue Ocean Brain?).
      2. Select My Profile > My Settings.
      3. Select the toggle next to the Micro-Communication Emails heading so it reads "Unsubscribed."
      4. Select UPDATE PREFERENCES to save the setting change.

      OR

      1. Open the most recent email you received from Blue Ocean Brain.
      2. Scroll to the very bottom of the email.
      3. Select UNSUBSCRIBE.

      Note: The "Unsubscribe" link is on every Blue Ocean Brain email.  Before forwarding any BOB emails, delete this link from the bottom of the email so that the recipient does not unintentionally unsubscribe you.

      To re-subscribe to BOB Micro-Communication Emails:

      1. Login to Blue Ocean Brain (How Do I Access Blue Ocean Brain?).
      2. Select My Profile > My Settings.
      3. Select the toggle next to the Micro-Communication Emails heading so it reads "Subscribed."
      4. Select UPDATE PREFERENCES to save the setting change.
