How will I know if I currently have access to Blue Ocean Brain?

Blue Ocean Brain is available to employees at subscribed organizations.

Note: If your organization is a Blue Ocean Brain Client and you do not have an account, Contact Us and we will respond as soon as we confirm that your organization authorizes access.

Blue Ocean Brain (BOB) may be accessed by signing in on the top right corner of the BOB homepage. It is also available through our mobile app, free to download in the Google Play or Apple Store. On the website and app, each Learner will input their company email address/username when prompted.

If you do not know your password, select FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD  link. You will then receive an email to reset your password. What if my "Forgot Password" email doesn't arrive?

Note: If you do not see the above page, you do not have a Blue Ocean Brain password for your account. Instead, you will need to sign in to your organization's single sign-on page to access BOB. If you've forgotten your company login credentials, please contact your organization's IT department.

If you receive an error stating, "Unable to locate user account," after selecting FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD, there is no account tied to that email address or username. If you have another business email address, please try to use that one.

If you receive an error stating, "Member not found," you may not be using the email address/username associated with your account. Please Contact Us if you encounter any difficulty accessing and we will happily help troubleshoot.
